Kids Hip Hop (Ages 8-12 years) - Monday 4:30pm-5:30pm
Adults Hip Hop Beginners (ages 16+) - Monday 5:30pm-6:30pm
The structure of all classes is the same, starting with a warm up just helping to loosen up the body, then followed by some basic one-two-steps just to get into the whole hip hop dance mood, then we start working on some “urban street hip hop routines”. Then at the end of the class we always warm down with some stretches. Good for every one of any age that doesn’t mind to sweat it out!
